Balm for muscles and joints
What is Muscles & Joints Recovery Balm for?
Muscles & Joints Recovery Balm is a balm for topical use, intended for massaging the muscles and joints after physical activity. It is formulated specifically for athletes and active people.
The balm absorbs quickly without leaving greasy residues and is suitable for use immediately after exercise - on muscles, joints, tense areas of the neck, shoulders and back. It can be applied as many times as needed during the day.
What are the ingredients and how do they work?
The formula is built around plant oils rich in essential fatty acids. Castor oil (Ricinus communis) provides deep hydration for the skin.
Camphor oil (Cinnamomum camphora) — gives the familiar cooling sensation during massage. Lavender, rosemary and eucalyptus — three classic essential oils with a relaxing and refreshing effect. Coconut oil and beeswax form the base — they provide body, easy application and extra hydration for the skin.
When and how is the conditioner applied?
Wash and clean the area thoroughly. Take the required amount of the balm and apply it with gentle massaging movements on the desired area. Massage until completely absorbed.
For a more intense effect, warm a small amount of balm between your fingertips before application - the heat speeds up absorption and activates the ingredients. Apply as many times as needed. No need to rinse.
The optimal time for use is immediately after exercise, when muscles are warmed up and blood circulation is accelerated - this facilitates the penetration of active ingredients.
Is it suitable for use before exercise?
The balm is formulated mainly for post-workout use - for recovery and relaxation. Its use before exercise is possible to warm up the muscles and stimulate blood circulation, but it does not replace the standard physical warm-up.
When using before contact sports or at risk of sweating - be aware that the balm may smear and get into the eyes. Avoid areas around the face during intense activities.
Can it be applied to broken or cracked skin?
No. The balm is intended for intact skin. Do not apply to open wounds, abrasions, burns or severely chapped skin. Camphor oil and eucalyptus may cause irritation on contact with broken skin barrier.
If in doubt - consult a doctor before use.
Will the conditioner trigger a doping test?
The composition is stated on the label. Before a competition, consult your federation.
