Hi, it's not the first time I've used Ceremone BulCanna, the cream has a great texture, which is quite difficult to achieve when using essential oils, usually creams are heavy, while Ceremone is light and absorbs perfectly, while leaving the skin nourished. What is BulCanna and what does it offer?
BulCanna is a Bulgarian brand for natural cosmetics and herbal food supplements. Created with the belief that effective body care does not require synthetic ingredients - only pure, proven formulas of plant origin.
We offer three product lines for different purposes: Ceremone for anti-aging facial care, Balm 2 Calm for functional topical care for skin and muscle-joint discomfort, and Organic Drops - broad-spectrum drops with hemp extract for internal use.
All products are manufactured in accordance with European standards and are available online and in selected pharmacies in Bulgaria.
Why choose natural over conventional cosmetics?
Conventional products often contain parabens, artificial fragrances, silicones and synthetic preservatives - ingredients that achieve short-term effects but can be taxing on the skin with prolonged use.

Are BulCanna products certified?
Yeah. All BulCanna cosmetic products - Ceremone and Balm 2 Calm lines - are notified under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 through the European Commission's official CPNP system.
This means that each formula has undergone a mandatory safety assessment by a certified toxicologist before being placed on the market. It's not an option - it's a legal requirement that we meet in full.
Do the products contain psychoactive substances? Are they legal in Bulgaria?
BulCanna products that contain hemp extract are broad spectrum - meaning that the psychoactive substances are removed to undetectable levels through a specialized manufacturing process.
The products do not cause psychoactive effects and are completely legal in Bulgaria and throughout the European Union. The hemp extract used in our formulas is legal industrial hemp (industrial hemp with psychoactive substances below the legal threshold.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
BulCanna's formulas are built without parabens, artificial fragrances and harsh synthetic ingredients - making them more tolerable for sensitive skin than many conventional alternatives.
However, the skin is individual. With a new ingredient or product we recommend a patch test - apply a small amount to the inside of the wrist and wait 24 hours. For active dermatological conditions under treatment, consult a doctor before use.
How long does it take to feel results?
Herbal products do not act as quick pharmaceutical solutions - they support the body gradually and sustainably. With cosmetic products from Ceremone and Balm 2 Calm, most users notice a visible difference in skin hydration and tone within 2-4 weeks of regular use.
With Organic Drops we recommend consistent use for at least 2-4 weeks to allow the body to adapt and the effect to be objectively evaluated.
The key is consistency - irregular use does not produce reliable results.
Can I combine products from different lines?
Yeah. BulCanna products are formulated to complement each other. A typical combination is day care with Ceremone cream and serum, alongside the intake of Organic Drops - the cosmetic action on the outside is complemented by the internal support.

How are the products delivered and is there free shipping?
We deliver all over Bulgaria by courier. Standard delivery time is 1-3 working days after order confirmation.
For orders over 55 € delivery is free. For orders below this threshold, the delivery fee is calculated when the order is finalised.

What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, contact us within 14 days of receipt of order at sales@bulcanna.eu.
