What do the drops contain?
The drops are for internal use and based on seed oil. They come in 5%, 10%, 15%, 25% and 35% concentrations. The full ingredient list is in the product description, exactly as on the label.
How do I take them?
Shake well before use. Place 2–8 drops under the tongue, hold for about a minute and swallow. Take twice a day, morning and evening.
The drops can also be added to food or a drink once it's prepared. Don't heat them above 160°C.
How many drops to start with?
Start with 2–3 drops twice a day. Don't take more than 8 drops twice a day.
When is the best time to take them?
Morning and evening, at the same time every day.
Can I drive while taking them?
Some people may feel slightly relaxed. In the first few days, don't drive until you know how the drops affect you.
Are there side effects?
Some people may experience mild tiredness, dry mouth or a slightly upset stomach. If it continues, stop using them and consult a doctor.
Are they suitable for children?
No. The drops are not intended for anyone under 18.
How should I store the drops?
Store in a dark and cool place away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigeration is not necessary - room temperature is quite sufficient if stored properly.
Shake well before each use. Close tightly after use. When stored properly, the product retains its qualities until the date indicated on the packaging.
