Shipping & Payment & Returns

SUPPLY

1. Once you submit an order to purchase product(s) from our online store, you agree to pay the price of the product(s).
2. Speedy is our partner in delivery.
3. Deliveries can be made to an address you specify by filling in the details: exact address, two names, postcode, contact telephone number or to a courier office in your city.
4. The delivery of our products to Bulgaria is free of charge. In case of non-receipt or returned shipment, the right to free shipping is lost.
5. We aim to process your orders within 24 hours of submission on working days. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays our online store is closed and orders are processed and shipped on the first working day.

PAYMENT

You can choose one of the following two options to pay for the product(s) you have selected:

1. Payment on delivery: payment is made to the courier on receipt of the parcel.
2. Payment by debit/credit card during the order process.
   2.1 On our website https://bulcanna.eu/  respectively „Bulkana Cosmetics“ Ltd. you can pay by bank debit, credit or business card with Visa and MasterCard logo through the virtual POS of our servicing bank, which is DSK AD part of OTP goup.
   2.2 Payment security is protected through the International Card Organization (ICO) MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.
   2.3 When paying with a card through the virtual POS of DSK Bank, you will need to enter the card number, validity, CVV/CVC. If your card participates in the MCO MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security program then you will need to enter a 3-D password.
   2.4 We from https://bulcanna.eu/ respectively „Bulkana Cosmetics“ Ltd. do not collect, process or store card data. All card details are filled in personally by you on the secure payment page of our servicing bank.
   2.5 Regardless of the currency of your bank account, the transaction will be made in Bulgarian lev according to the current exchange rate of your servicing bank. All prices are final, inclusive of VAT.
   2.6 Where a refund is due, whether in full or in part, and the payment is made by card, we will refund the amount by ordering a chargeback on the card used to make the payment within 14 days.
   

RETURN

You may exercise your right to cancel an order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, under the following conditions:

• the integrity of the product(s) and their commercial appearance must not be impaired
• be in the original packaging, with the original labels
• unopened, free from dirt and scratches

The complaint must be recorded with us in the form of an email received from you in which you have entered the following information: the exact name of the product(s), your three names, order number and date, reason for returning the product(s).

The parcel must be sent by courier with the right to inspect and then accept. In this case the transport costs are at the expense of the customer.

If the complaint is due to a discrepancy of the received goods with the ordered ones or in the absence of a product from the consignment, in these cases a replacement or respectively a re-shipment of the missing products will be made, with the transport costs being fully borne by our online store. If a refund is necessary, the same will be made within up to 14 (fourteen) days of the return.

In the event that product(s) are missing from the shipment and the online store cannot fulfill the order, i.e. there is no stock of the product, we may offer alternative products of the same value. If the user refuses the replacement products, the online shop undertakes to refund the corresponding amount.

Exceptions:
Complaints are not accepted for products that after use you have found unsuitable or have caused you allergic reactions. “Bulkana Cosmetics Ltd is not responsible for the consequences of improper use of the products, not in accordance with the instructions for the respective product.

We strongly urge you to check the contents of the parcel in the presence of a courier!
