1. After submitting an order to purchase a product/s from our online store, you agree to pay the price of the product/s.
2. Our delivery partner is Speedy
3. Deliveries can be made to an address specified by you by filling in the details: exact address, two names, postal code, contact phone number or to the courier’s office in your city.
4. Delivery of orders above 50 EUR to Bulgaria is free. If a shipment is not received or returned, the right to free delivery is lost.
5. We aim to process your orders within 24 hours of their submission on working days. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, our online store is closed and orders are processed and shipped on the first working day.
You have the option to choose one of the following two options to pay for the product/s you have selected:
1. Payment on delivery: payment is made to the courier upon receipt of the shipment
2. Payment by debit/credit card during the order process
You can cancel an order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product/products, under the following conditions:
• the integrity of the product/s, as well as their commercial appearance, must not be impaired
• product/s must be in the original packaging, with the original labels
• product/s have not been opened, and there are no traces of contamination and scratches.
The complaint must be reflected to us in the form of an email received from you, in which you have entered the following information: exact name of the product/products, your three names, order number and date, reason for returning the product.
The shipment will be sent by courier with the right to inspect and then accept it.
In this case, the transport costs are at the customer’s expense.
If the complaint is due to the non-conformity of the received product/s with the ordered ones or in the absence of a product from the shipment, then in these cases the missing products will be replaced or re-sent, and the transport costs will be fully borne by our online store.
If a refund is required, this will be done within 14 (fourteen) days of the return.
In the event that product/s are missing from the shipment and the online store cannot fulfill the order, i.e. there is no stock of the given product, we may offer alternative products of the same value.
If the user refuses to exchange the products, the online store undertakes to refund the corresponding amount.
Exceptions: Complaints are not accepted for products that, after use, you have found to be unsuitable or have caused you allergic reactions. “BulCanna Cosmetics OOD” is not responsible for the consequences of improper use of the products, not in accordance with the instructions for the respective product.
We urge you to check the contents of the shipment in the presence of the courier!
