  • How can I cancel an order?
    The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before it is processed and shipped. For this purpose, please contact us immediately after placing the order by phone: +359 52 335 159.
  • How can I return purchased product/s online?
    You can return purchased product/s online within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, under the following conditions:
    • the integrity of the product/s, as well as their commercial appearance, are not impaired
    • the product/s are in the original packaging, with the original labels
    • the product/s have been not opened and there are no traces of contamination and scratches
    The complaint must be reflected to us solely and only in the form of an email received from you, in which you have entered the following information: exact name of the product/products, your three names, order number and date, reason for returning the product.
    The cost of the return courier service is borne by you. Please see our returns policy for more details.
  • What payment methods can I use to place an order?
    You have the option to choose one of the following two payment methods to pay for the product(s) you have selected:
    1. Payment on delivery: payment is made to the courier upon receipt of the shipment
    2. Payment by debit/credit card during the order process
  • What should I do if I received the wrong products?
    Contact us on +359 52 335 159 or send us an email with your order details and a photo of the product(s) attached. We will try to deliver your products as soon as possible or refund the costs.
  • What should I do if I have not received a refund to my bank account for a returned or canceled order?
    Refunds are made to your bank account within 14 days. If you have not received the amount, please call or email us and we will look into the matter.

  • How can I use promotional vouchers and discount codes?
    You can easily enter your discount or coupon code at the cart step, in the discount input field and click “Apply”. Your code will be checked and if it is valid the discount will be added automatically, otherwise you will see a red message next to the input field that the code is invalid.
