Take the desired amount of balm and apply it with gentle massaging movements to the desired area of the body.

You can also warm the balm between your fingertips. Alternatively, you can leave the skin slightly damp or spray it with rose water, lavender water, or another choice of yours. Then, apply the balm with gentle massaging movements to the affected skin.
